Terms of Service of the EQUA Wellness online store

§1 General information

  1. The online store operating under the EQUA Wellness brand is run by:

  2. These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the online store, placing orders, performing sales contracts, payment and delivery, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties.

  3. The Store conducts retail sales within the territory of the European Union.

§2 Definitions

  • Customer – a natural or legal person making a purchase in the Store

  • Consumer – a natural person making a purchase not directly related to business activity

  • Store – the EQUA Wellness online store

  • Product – goods offered in the Store

§3 Placing orders

  1. Orders can be placed 24/7 via the Store's website.

  2. Placing an order constitutes the conclusion of a sales contract.

  3. A condition for fulfilling an order is the provision of correct contact and address details.

§4 Prices and payments

  1. All prices are given in PLN and include VAT.

  2. Available payment methods:

    • BLIK

    • fast online bank transfers

    • payment card

  3. The Store reserves the right to change prices; such changes do not affect orders already placed.

§6 Right of withdrawal from the contract

  1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

  2. Details on returns and complaints can be found in the Returns and Refunds Policy.

§7 Liability

  1. The products offered in the Store are not medical devices and do not replace medical advice, unless expressly stated otherwise.

  2. The information published on the website is educational and informational in nature.

§8 Personal data

The rules for processing personal data are described in the Privacy Policy.

§9 Final provisions

  1. These Terms of Service are governed by Polish law.

  2. In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of the Polish Civil Code and the Polish Consumer Rights Act apply.

  3. The Store reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service.
